Canvas Depot Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipments:

Qualified orders of $100.00 or more are shipped free within the continental US. This does not include Gallery Wrapped canvas sizes larger than 24 inches in one direction. Because of the increase in shipping charges on dimensional weight and over size items we will add a box and shipping charge to these orders.

Watercolor and Photo Paper Prints 24 Hours

 

Enhancements and Restorations Require Additional Time.

Painterly Add 24-72 Hours
Surface Texture Add an Additional 24 Hours
Pastel Add 24 Hours
Restorations Add 48 Hours

During holiday rush times, and for multiple orders, additional time may be required for shipping/delivery.

Shipping times are based on commercial locations. Residential deliveries or shipments to rural areas may take longer. We do not guarantee tde delivery performance of any carrier, however we will be glad to assist in tde tracking of packages tdat are not received in a timely manner. Our primary carrier is FedX ground.

Rush delivery is available. tde charges will vary depending on your special needs. Please call us for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select FedX shipping charges. Note, FedX does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Please be sure to provide us with the complete and correct street address. FedX does not accept P.O. Boxes and they charge a minimum of $5.00 for address corrections.

Returns:

Generally speaking, items are not subject to being returned without pre-approval and claims due to damage must be first taken up with the shipping company within 24 hours of receiving the package. Canvas Depot will help in any claims processing. Refusal of a delivery because of noticable damage will result in the burden of claim being placed on us. We will process the claim but Canvas Depot will only refund the amount the shipper is willing to pay. The shipping company will only pay for "Replacement Costs". If you process the claim yourself, chances are you will get back 100% of your replacement costs. We will help with this and all supporting documents.

 Inspect packaging carefully for damage and report any damage immediately to the shipping company. Keep the box and all packing materials if you have a claim. Damaged items may be insured by the shipping company. Canvas Depot will, at our discretion replace any of our reproductions due to defect in manufacturing.

Freight:

Freight and LTL shipments are quoted and billed from information our Brokerage firms provide us and any and all discounts and additions are passed on to the receiver. Any added services and charges associated with the shipment will be the receivers responsibility including Residential Delivery Charges, Lift Gate Charges, Inside Delivery Service and Assistance,Multiple Delivery Attempts.
